Hath God cast away his people?
God’s People
The apostle Paul is writing like this in Romans chapter 11 verse 1 and 2; “I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.” And in verses 26 and 27 like this; 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob”27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
The church is not the new Israel, and God has not abandoned His people
Israel was branches on the good olive tree however were broken off cause to disbelief for us the gentile who were branches on a wild olive tree could be grafted in on the good olive tree. For the broken off branches, Israel, the deliverer shall come from Sion and they by faith shall be grafted in for God is able to graft them in again on the good olive tree. Israel is God’s people, the church is not the new Israel. Jesus Christ has two groups of saved people, the Gentiles, not Jews, who are saved and those within Israel, Jews, being saved. God has not abandoned His people. All those thousands of Christians that believe that the church has become Gods elected people instead of Israel could not have read the Bible or they just jumped Romans chapter 11.
If you bless Israel God will bless you
Those who bless Israel, God will bless, however those who curses Israel, God will curse. So take heed you who claim to be a Christian and deny Israel as the people of God. God still loves you and remember that Jesus is the “Word” He is the Bible and the only way to eternal life on earth and later in heaven is to know Jesus. See the gospel of John, chapter 17, and verse 3.
