Limited to their own thinking

This is great stuff, why is this great stuff? it is because we are now moving into the spiritual, into another world, the place where God is because He is a Spirit. Everything God does is spiritual, and we need to be there too. In this world but not of this world. Carnal people cannot see this world or experience it because their mind is limited to their own thinking as a result of not treating God as God. Paul is elaborating on this in Romans 1:20-21  “²⁰ For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. ²¹ Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened.”

Lake of fire

A human needs God to influence the mind in making the right decisions. If you are on God’s side your heart is of God and studying the Bible your mind can be too. Not being of God you are on the wrong road leading you to one disaster after another ending into the lake of fire. Am I trying to scare you, no I am trying to warn you, if your friend, son, or daughter asks for your opinion on taking drugs, what would you say?

Certain death

Now to the heart. where is it located, where in your body do you find your heart, also called by Paul the inner man or the center? If you are carnal not spiritual you cannot find it and you are focusing on your blood pump being referred to as your heart, however that is not the heart Jesus is talking about. however even being spiritual it is not straight forward, there are evil spirits led by the dragon. Actually if you seek the devil your heart can turn into his spirit, then you can find your heart, however this heart is not pure, it is unclean and evil and will lead you to death, a life in a dying environment with lies, destruction and killing. This heart is terrible; however, you can feel it and be attached to it. I tell you the truth friend do not play with it; this heart can give you pleasure however leads to a certain death and a lot of pain.

Not knowing it

There is another heart the pure heart. The question is are we borne with it, are we borne pure or can we by good upbringing and good behaviour make our hearts pure. Sorry friend we are neither borne pure nor can we make our heart good. There is only on way, we need to change our heart with a new one, get rid of our dirty unclean heart and throw it where it cannot be found and replace it with a pure heart then we can learn to see God. Your heart is unclean because you are a sinner, and do sin, however because your heart is unclean you do not see or realize it, you are blind not knowing it though.  

Help

Jesus says that the pure of heart will see God, He knows and His heart is pure, what we need is His heart, we cannot find it anywhere else, we need to approach Him and ask for His heart. And how do we do that, The Bible tells you of course how to do it, however there is no standard procedure, I have heard different ways of doing it, for instance; “help” who is it addressed to, seems like no one, God though looks to the heart and sees the inner question, “God if you are out there please help me” or “help me Jesus I am a sinner”.

Jesus is Yahweh God

The name of the Lord is Jesus and everyone who calls on that name will be saved, there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. This scripture is Romans 10:13, however, it is taken from Joel 2:32; “It will happen that whoever will call on Yahweh’s name shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as Yahweh has said, and among the remnant, those whom Yahweh calls. Paul in Romans 10 is referring to Jesus, however Joel is referring to Yahweh the name of God. By this we understand that Jesus is God and all that calls on God’s name will be saved.

The key to freedom

We can also pray like this; “Jesus come into my life, I am a sinner, take over as Lord” And if that’s what is in your heart He will replace your unclean spirit with His pure spirit and you by Jesus is online with God in heaven, you are connected, the truth is in you. However to be set free from the blindness of this world you need to know the truth as you see in John 8:31-32; “³¹ Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, “If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. ³² You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” Here Jesus gives you the key to freedom, how to escape the prison of sin, read the Word again and again, study and ask over and over until you know the truth then the truth will set you free. In psalms 119:45 it is put this way; “I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.” 

Filled with The Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues

You need to know the truth from the Bible to live the quality life of God which is called eternal life and Jesus gives you the recipe in John 17:3; This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.” Jesus is the Word, to know Jesus is to know the Word. Do you need more? Yes you do, you need to be led by The Holy Spirit, you need to be filled by this Holy Spirit, how? it is easy, too easy for many, they want to struggle for it, like climbing a mountain top or cross the north pole. No, it is like this when you pray the prayer of salvation just add, Jesus fill me with The Holy Spirit, then He just moves inn and you can ask Him to guide you like Jesus states in John 14:16 ¹⁶ I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor. Having this counsellor you can also pray in tongues, do I have to pray in tongues? no, however it will help you, building you up closer to Jesus in your new spirit, see 1 Corinthians 14:4; “ ⁴ He who speaks in another language edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the assembly. 

The pure in heart will see God

In the prison of sin you cannot see, you are blinded by the prince of this world, you need to leave to have your eyes opened, you need the spirit of Jesus in your heart and fill your soul with the words and wisdom of this spirit given to us as the Bible. The Bible is the Words of Jesus and they are spirit and life John 6:63;“It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life. Study, study and study, pray and rely on the holy spirit and your sight will brighten little by little until you see God, you will see Him in what He is doing for you, in the nature, in your relation with other people, how you are forgiven and how you can forgive in your daily life, how your problems are solved. How the peace fills your soul and mind and how you understand what is going on in the world not being frightened, resting in the arms of Jesus. The pure in heart will see God.
