Never ending pain
Here from this sentence it is decisive that we read and understand the words exactly as they stand. Jesus is here describing people who are lacking something vital, something they need to survive. In the same way that we need food and water to live these people are in acute distress because they lack righteousness what they depend on to live, it is about life and death for them. Jesus says in the gospel of John chapter 17 verse 3 that eternal life is to “know” God and He who He sent, Jesus Christ. To know God and Jesus is therefore eternal life. It is a kind of life we can obtain here on earth and which last forever. If we do not know Jesus and His Father, we are strolling along on earth as living dead. We are physical alive, we exist, however, are spiritual and mental away from God which is the definition of death. We are moving further and further away from Him towards an eternal perdition in an extreme never-ending pain.
We do not comprehend them
The righteousness for those who know Jesus Christ is as important for their soul and spirit as water and bread are for the body. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness are reading the Word, they study, do research, listen, and ask. They dig in the scripture looking for the treasure they know is berried there. And the struggle pays off, little by little, like the “Aurora” the morning light on a mountain will change the nature from darkness and weak contours, from darkness and emptiness into the shining bright light of day, where God’s creation is lit up in all its splendor and perfection. Righteousness is about what Jesus said guided by The Holy Spirit. The words of Jesus are normally not sufficient for us, because we do not comprehend them perfectly. Jesus told His disciples that He left the earth and went to His Father in heaven, because then He could send the Comforter to them guiding them in everything He said. To know God and Jesus we need The Holy Spirit to comfort us and teach us the word describing Jesus and His Father and thus give us eternal life as told in the gospel of John chapter 17 and verse 3.
It is that simple
Here is some words Jesus told His disciples; “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.” From the gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7. And Jesus did send The Holy Spirit to earth and He is here now among us and can when asked, enter our heart, abiding there and automatically explain the Word of Jesus to us. If you are saved, and want The Holy Spirit to stay in you, what you do is just ask Him to move in, for instance like this: “The Holy Spirit, come into my heart, be my comforter, my adviser and stay in me” It is that simple, and then I advise you to read the 1 Corinthians chapter 14.
Judged guilty
The Holy Spirit is now residing on earth and is available for all people. This comforter is the Spirit of truth and our solicitor in Heaven. He gives people who hear the Word of Jesus, awareness of their sinfulness and their acute need for salvation because they do not believe in Jesus. Jesus can give these people righteousness because of faith in what they do not see or experience. The Holy Spirit convinces the world of the fact that the source of all trouble, the prince of this world already has been taken to court and judged guilty to death forever in the lake of fire. All this you will find in the gospel of John chapter 16 verses 8 to 11.
Not what we eat or drink
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Filled with what? with righteousness of cause. They will find themselves in complete balance of love, security, and happiness because they have been saved by Jesus and the kingdom is in them. This kingdom is not of words but of power, and it is not what we eat or drink but righteousness, peace, and happiness in The Holy Spirit. See the gospel of Luke chapter 17 verse 21, 1 Corinthians chapter 4 verse 20 and Romans chapter 14 verse 17.
Hope to see you in heaven
The time is scarce, the world is getting worse and worse, the morale is low, the unnatural has become the natural however, it will get worse. We are closing on the times of Sodom and Gomorrah where sex with animals were the norm. Dear friend your life is on the balance, the choice is yours and the time is now, save yourselves and then you can save others, your love ones. There is a way out and His name is Jesus, He longs for you and would love to enter your heart. The solution is simple, just ask Jesus in, for instance like this; “Jesus save me, enter my heart, be my Lord and take charge over my life, I admit being a sinner needing salvation.” You do not need a pastor or a priest to get saved, Jesus is available for all, whenever and wherever. If you need a guideline you can find one in the Romans chapter 10 verses from 9 to 13. By friend, hope to see you in heaven.
