A cart or two

The magi left and the family went to bed and YHWH appeared to Joseph in a dream and told him to get up collect his family and hurry to Egypt for the king Herod did search for the child to kill him. No time to lose, they left in the middle of the night in the dark. Joseph was not a poor man and as a carpenter he had the skill to make all kind of tools, they probably had at least two mules and a cart or two to carry what they needed on the way to Egypt.

how you relate to Jesus

In Egypt Joseph probably worked as a carpenter building houses, God told him to stay until king Herod the great had died. Once again God is fulfilling His prophesy saying “ Out of Egypt I called My Son” If you wonder how the world is “turning” and feel all evil you see or hear, learn God’s prophesies and you will feel secure when you see them come to pass, God is in control and will never leave you. Depending though how you relate to Jesus. The life with God is always conditional, the choice is yours.

For thy pleasure

God does not make big entries or something special, here on the way to Egypt in a dark night threatened by Herod’s soldiers in the hunt to kill the boy.  He trusted in a carpenter and his wife, a fourteen-year-old girl to protect and take care of His own precious Son on the way to save God’s creation, mankind. God loves all what He made; He loves you. The twenty four elders cast their crowns in front of His feet and worshiped Him, saying “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” God is smart enough and only good and He loves you, you are made for His pleasure.
